Singer Joey Fatone of ’N Sync fame is the celebrity guest host of the live The Price Is Right at Bally’s for a limited run today through Sept. 25. Fatone, runner-up with Kym Johnson on Season 4 of Dancing With the Stars, will enlist audience members to play for a chance to win cash and prizes.

The Price Is Right is produced by Fremantle Media, who oversees Fox’s American idol, and features fan favorite games such as Plinko, The Big Wheel and Showcase Showdown. Bob Barker was the host of the televised gameshow for decades; Drew Carey now hosts the popular and iconic series.

Fatone said in a statement: “The TV show is legendary. Everyone knows of it, and I’m so excited to bring it to life onstage. It’s a great chance for folks to come on down and play the same games they see on TV for money and prizes right there live.”

Fatone also is an actor and dancer, as he showcased on DWTS in finishing runner-up to Olympic speedskating champion Apolo Anton Ohno and his pro partner, country singer and Las Vegas darling Julianne Hough, three years ago. Fatone was host of NBC’s Celebrity Circus and The Singing Bee and also is currently the announcer on Family Feud, another Fremantle production that films in his hometown of Orlando, Fla.

Fatone watched Imperial Palace headliners Human Nature last night on the eve of his hosting duties and posed for a photo backstage with the Aussie vocal quartet.

Steve Harvey is taking over the reins from John O’Hurley as the new host of Family Feud.

The Original Kings of Comedy star's turn as host officially starts airing on Monday, reports The Associated Press. "I bet you there's not a funnier game show on TV. We've done some pretty incredible stuff so far,” Harvey said.
According to the report, Harvey has already taped 100 episodes. Despite being known for a raunchier stand-up act, the comedian says he’s not worried about keeping his jokes family friendly. “After 26 years of being a standup, I know how to work clean. I know how to keep it in the boundaries," he said.

Family Feud got its start in 1976 and was hosted by Richard Dawson. It was later canceled in 1985, but was later revived in 1988 with Ray Combs as the host. The show revived one more time in 1999 after being canceled in 1994. Combs later committed suicide in 1996.

The current incarnation of Family Feud has been hosted by Louie Anderson, Richard Karn, and most recently, John O’Hurley. O’Hurley hosted the show for four seasons but left to focus on stage work.

Harvey was announced as host of the twelfth season on January 20, and Joey Fatone of *NSYNC fame will take over as the announcer.

Dancing With The Stars finalist and N'SYNC star Lance Bass joins The Good Wife's Graham Phillips as presenters for the third annual Broadway in South Africa (BSA) benefit concert. The show will premiere new works, created for the evening, by such composers as Grammy Award winners Desmond Child and Julie Gold, to be performed by Broadway stars, like Tony Award winner Alice Ripley and Ariana Grande (Nickelodeon's Victorious). This year's honoree, producer Michael Butler, is one of the most successful theatrical producers, lauded for bringing HAIR to Broadway in 1968, and an active proponent of youth creating positive global social change. The concert will take place on Monday, October 4, 2010, at 7:30 pm in the Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom, located at 311 West 34th Street.

Yesterday, Lance Bass attended his first show at fashion week: Elie Tahari at The Studio at Lincoln Center. Before this presentation, his priorities had pointed him in a different direction — he was busy following sporting events.

"I usually don't even attend any shows, and this is the first one I've done all week," he told The Observer. "I've been in a U.S. Open mode, and I'm a Jets fan, so I've been doing the sports thing this week."

He added that he doesn't plan on stopping by any other shows, even with the Open over. "I'm a Fernando Verdasco fan, so I got to go see his match." Mr. Bass did, however, have a conflict that blocked him from jetting up to Flushing Meadows for Monday's final. "I was actually at the Jets game, so I couldn't go."

Justin Timberlake needed some help preparing for his starring role in the forthcoming Facebook movie The Social Network. But when the young singer approached Facebook co-founder Sean Parker in a nightclub, seeking acting help, he got shot down.

"He said he wanted to get to know me," Parker says in a new Vanity Fair profile, "but I said, ‘That isn't going to help you play the part [Aaron] Sorkin has written. That character really isn't me.' "

Already generating heat from his portrayal of loose cannon Napster mogul Sean Parker in “The Social Network,” former *N Sync renaissance man Justin Timberlake is looking to be loaded up as a hitman in Quentin Tarantino’s next film.

Tarantino is penning a film about a trainee assassin and wants Timberlake as his gunman.

The Sun learns from a source that the project is “kind of a dark comedy, very much in the Tarantino style.

“Justin is a new raw talent when it comes to acting but Quentin feels he could be ideal for the lead role. He’s excited about taking a teen heartthrob and turning him into a cold-blooded killer.”

It's no Acafellas reunion, but "Glee" star Matthew Morrison says he hooked up with former boy bander JC Chasez for one of the tracks on his solo album, which he plans to release next year.

"I wrote about half the album so far, but I've definitely co-wrote. I've definitely teamed up with some great producers, some great songwriters," he teased MTV News at the "Glee" season two premiere party on Tuesday night in Los Angeles. "And yeah, I just did this great song last week with JC Chasez that was very, very cool. It turned out really well. He's such a good songwriter."

While the details of the collaboration with the former 'NSYNC member are scant, Morrison (who plays glee club coach Will Schuester on the show) did share the name of the track. "It's called 'Dancing in the Rain,' not 'Singing in the Rain,' but 'Dancing in the Rain.' "

It’s hard enough trying to keep up with the Kardashian sisters: Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe. But in recent news, younger brother Rob Kardashian was asked to leave a trendy nightclub, Boudoir at Coco de Ville, in L.A. on Wednesday night after his friends were involved in a brawl.

“Rob was at Boudoir with a group of friends, all sitting at a table. For some reason, a girl at his table and a girl at the table next to theirs get in some stupid argument,” a source revealed exclusively to OK! of the 23-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

“So these two girls are bickering at each other, and then one of the guys from Rob’s table gets involved in the girls’ argument, and that pisses off a guy at the other table,” the eyewitness explains that the scene continues to worsen.

Once the argument escalated, a few of Rob’s friends turned violent.

“Then it just turns into an all-out brawl. One of the guys from Rob’s table broke a bottle over the head of a guy from the other table.”

When the group was escorted out of Boudoir, JC Chasez, former member of N’Sync, stepped in to help clean up the mess although he had no prior involvement with the scuffle.

“After the bouncers step in to drag them out, somehow a waitress got in the middle of it and got knocked on the floor and JC Chasez, [who was there separately from Rob], obviously felt really bad for her and went over to pick her up and make sure she was OK.”

A spokesperson from the LAPD told OK! that they have no record of the incident.

A rep from Boudoir had no comment. Reps for E! and the Kardashian family did not respond to requests for a comment.

I know we all must be very busy right now, so I'm sure JC would not be offended that his birthday post has come a day late. Happy day after turning 34, JC!

I've yet to gather the girls and run off to see a Justin movie (I'm lucky to catch movies on cable these days) but I might make an exception for this movie.  Or more realistically I will wait until it's OnDemand.
